See a worked example

Example: I missed an agreed pickup arrangement and someone else carried the work. I state that plainly, apologize without asking for instant reassurance, and agree on a corrected arrangement that I can actually keep.

01Describe the failure precisely

Name the action and relevant circumstances without an excuse or a label about your entire character.

02Prepare an honest apology

Do not make forgiveness or reassurance a condition of taking responsibility.

03Arrange the next faithful action

Change a condition you can control instead of creating a punishment project.

04Review the repair

Check what happened rather than declaring yourself permanently changed.
