Example: A child's regular partner leaves the roster. The family shares no private reason, hears what the child misses, checks any continued contact with the guardians, and asks the coach to provide the current practice assignment.

01Know the change

A confirmed roster fact does not authorize disclosure of another family's reasons.

02Hear the child

Let the child identify the actual part they miss.

03Consider friendship

A possible contact plan needs the actual guardians' agreement.

04Continue the duty

Let the appropriate person own the changed team or family responsibility.
