Hypothetical example: a coach names an approved speaking order, clarifies one athlete’s question and stops teammates from making the first turn a dare.

01Choose an order before asking who is brave enough

State the purpose of the starting order.

02Give the first place a practical purpose

Assign the first and waiting roles clearly.

03Hear the hesitation without diagnosing it

Hear any actual question about the start.

04Stop the dare and restore the actual task

Restore the task when peer pressure changes its meaning.
